Owner & Head Coach of Phoenix Evolution Training
My passion for fitness didn’t start in the gym, it started through sports. I grew up playing soccer, and that’s where I first developed a love for movement, discipline, and pushing myself.
As I got older, that passion evolved into the gym, where I eventually competed in NPC Bikini competitions. That experience taught me a deeper level of discipline, structure, and what it truly takes to transform both physically and mentally.
I attended Penn State University and graduated with a degree in Economics, driven by a strong interest in business and building something of my own one day. After graduating, I found myself searching for direction.
And that’s when everything clicked.
I realized that my passion wasn’t just fitness, it was helping people. Because I know firsthand what it feels like to struggle with confidence, to feel uncomfortable in your own skin, and to question where you fit in.
Fitness gave me that back. It gave me confidence, discipline, and a sense of identity.
That’s what led me to become an ACE Certified Personal Trainer in 2016, along with becoming a Weight Management Specialist and Nutrition Specialist, and I haven’t looked back since.

This is personal training in a semi-private setting — meaning you still follow your own program, move at your own pace, and get coached directly, without paying the full 1-on-1 price.
